The Rapillard House was built in 1927 in North Little Rock. The Rapillard House is a significant representation of the contributions to the development of commerce in the city of North Little Rock by an individual businessman, Modeste Rapillard. It is one of the best examples of English Revival architecture in the downtown area of North Little Rock.
Argenta Flats bought the structure to rehabilitate it into the apartment complex's clubhouse. This project received both federal and state historic preservation tax credits. |
