The Hempstead County Courthouse located in Hope, Arkansas, was designed in the Art Deco style by Little Rock architects McAninch and Anderson. The Courthouse was officially presented on April 30, 1940 by B.W. Edwards to Judge Frank Rider and Commissioner R. M. LaGrone. Their current county judge, Haskell Morse, brought us in to create a Preservation Plan to ensure the longevity of their structure.
